Response times
Clokit is an indie app, so support is handled personally. I aim to respond to all messages within a few days. Please include your macOS/iOS/iPadOS version and Clokit build number (found in the app menu/settings menu) to help speed things along.
Reporting a bug
The more detail the better — steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
